The great Aaron Copland wrote a masterpiece for choir. It’s titled In the Beginning. I cried when I performed this piece. I am so honored and blessed to have had the privilege to experience this work. This is my choir performing it on their tour of Italy in 2011.
This is the LIU Post Chorus on their Summer 2011 Tour of Italy. This is from their last performance. The soloist is Mezzo-Soprano Emily Klonowski and the Conductor is Dr. Mark Shapiro.
